Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Fresh, frzn or possibly canned snow crab meat, (up TO 7)
  • 6 x Hard cooked Large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. Finely minced celery
  • 4 x Heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 1 tsp Finely minced parsley
  • 1/8 tsp Oregano
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 4 dsh Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Peel Large eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Put in bowl and mash well. Add in celery, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add in crab meat and mix well.
  2. Stuff egg whites with yolk mix. Refrigeratebefore serving.
