Ingredientes

  • 12 hard - cooked large eggs
  • 4 - 6 T mayonnaise
  • 5 ounce can chunk ham, flaked
  • Black olives, pickles, paprika, and parsley for garnish (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Halve large eggs horizontally. Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise. Add in flaked ham, mixing well. Spoon into hollowed egg whites, garnish with olives, pickles, paprika and parsley (optional). To prepare for lunches, package in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Makes 12 servings. Kids love these!
