- In a Dutch oven, combine Large eggs and sufficient cool water to cover them. Bring just to a boil. Reduce heat to medium- low; cook 15 min. Drain; rinse with cool water to cold.
- Remove shells from Large eggs; halve lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks; place in a medium bowl. Set white halves aside.
- Mash yolks with a fork. Add in dip and chives; mix well. Lightly spoon yolk mix into egg white halves. Chill at least 1 hour or possibly till serving time.
