Receta Deviled Oysters

- Clean, drain and chop oysters. Combine butter and flour. Add in lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add in bouillon cubes. Season to taste. Cook over warm water, stirring constantly till thick. Add in egg yolk, lemon juice and parsley. Beat till smooth.
- Pour oysters into a well oiled baking dish. Add in sauce, cover with buttered crumbs. Bake in moderate oven 400 degrees for 30 min. 4 servings.
