Ingredientes

  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 pound shrimp, shelled & deveined
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 tbsp. garlic spread
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1 can (10 ounce.) consomme
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 2 tbsp. bottled steak sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 8 ounce. green noodles, cooked & liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Mix the seasoned salt and pepper with bread crumbs. Dip the shrimp in the beaten Large eggs, then in the seasoned crumbs. Heat the butter and garlic spread and stir to blend the flavors. Saute/fry the shrimp in the garlic butter over low heat for 3 to 5 min. Remove the shrimp and keep hot while making sauce. To the brown bits in the pan, add in the remaining ingredients except the noodles. Simmer till the volume is reduce to half. Arrange shrimp over noodles. Pour the sauce over all. Makes 6 servings.
