1 med. onion, minced (about 1/2 c.) 1 clove garlic, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 1 can condensed chicken broth (10 1/2 ounce.) 1/2 c. water

2 tbsp. steak sauce 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce 1 to 2 tbsp. lemon juice

1. In medium saucepan, cook and stir onion and garlic in butter till onion is tender. Stir in chicken broth, water, steak sauce, mustard, salt and pepper sauce. Heat to boiling; simmer 15 min. Stir in lemon juice. About 1 1/2 c..
