Receta Devilled Egg Macaroni Salad
by Ang Sarap

Macaroni salad is so old school and to give that new life we will be infusing it with some spice and adding boiled eggs, lots of them. This process is called devilled where we will season the usual boiled macaroni with mustard, mayonnaise and paprika. The result is a mildly spiced macaroni salad that is perfect as a side dish or even as mains. The first time I made this I swore that I will not be making the usual macaroni salad anymore as this tops it easily in terms of taste, as an egg lover this would be included on the top of the list of my favourite egg dishes.
