Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 15 ounce Ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 4 lrg Egg -- beaten
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Di Saronno Amaretto
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Combine crumbs and butter; press over bottom and sides of greased 9 inch spring-form pan. Chill. Preheat oven to 325F. Beat together ricotta and cream cheese till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients; beat till smooth.
  2. Pour mix into pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 min of till hard in middle.
  3. Cold 20-30 min in pan before removing. Cold completely beforeserving.
