Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg navel orange seeds from 2 pomegranates
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 c. finely minced red onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro or possibly mint
  • 1 x jalapeno chile peppers (to 2) seeded and chopped
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Working over a large bowl and using a sharp knife, remove peel and white pith from the orange and throw away. Holding the orange over the bowl, cut between the membranes to remove the orange sections. Chop the sections.
  2. Add in the pomegranate seeds and remaining ingredients. Stir gently to combine. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  3. To serve, transfer to a pretty bowl with a plate underneath to help protect your table and serve.
