- Place apples into 1 qt baking dish. Combine orange juice, sugar substitute, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Pour over apples and toss. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over apples. Cover with foil or possibly lid and bake at 400 degrees for 25 min. Uncover and bake 5-10 min longer.
- Makes 6 servings. 1 serving = 150 calories. 1 bread, 1 fruit, and 1 fat exchange, no sodium.
