- Combine sweetener, butter, egg and vanilla. Beat 2 min on high. Add in water and dry ingredients except chips and nuts. Blend well. Stir in nuts and chips. Fill paper lined muffin pan about 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 min or possibly till light golden.
