Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. dates
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. prunes
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Coarsely chop dates, raisins and prunes. Put in a small pan, add in 1 c. water and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute. Put fruits and juices in a mixing bowl. Let cold.
  2. Then add in butter, Large eggs, baking soda, vanilla and salt and mix well. Stir in flour a little at a time. Mix in nuts and spread batter in a greased 9 inch square pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven 25 to 30 min. Cold and cut in squares.
