- Combine lowfat milk and vanilla. Freeze for 30 min. Combine gelatin and juice in a blender. Let set for 1 minute. Add in boiling water and Equal; blend till smooth. Refrigerateabout 45 min. Put frzn lowfat milk into a small chilled bowl and whip frzn lowfat milk till stiff. Mix in lime zest. Slowly add in the gelatin mix to whipped lowfat milk. Spoon into 2 cooked pie shells or possibly you may use a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Garnish with lime slices and zest.
