Ingredientes

  • 4 sm. pork chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Parsley flakes (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Lightly sprinkle pork chops with the 2 Tbsp. flour and pepper lightly. Brown in Teflon skillet sprayed with Pam coating. Place in baking dish. Pour cream of mushroom soup over chops and 1 1/2 cans of water. Sprinkle with parsley flakes if you like. Cover tightly with lid or possibly foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Serve with potatoes or possibly rice.
