Diabetic Sour Cream Muffins

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Diet margarine
  • 3/4 c. Imitation lowfat sour cream or possibly sour half & half
  • 1 1/3 c. All purpose flour Non nutritive sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt ds Nutmeg
  • 1 x Egg beaten

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Cream margarine; add in lowfat sour cream; mix well.
  2. Sift dry ingredients. Add in alternately with egg to first mix.
  3. Spoon into greased muffin tins; bake for 15 min.
  4. NOTE: Lower fat grams by using fat free lowfat sour cream and egg substituteor 2 egg whites in place of whole egg.
