Ingredientes

  • 1 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. Unsweetened dark cocoa Pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/4 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 c. Packed light brown sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs -- lightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Warm, strong black coffee

Direcciones

  1. In large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa pwdr, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt. Add in buttermilk, brown sugar, Large eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed 2 min. Whisk in warm coffee. (Batter will be quite thin.)
  2. Pour batter into greased, floured 12-c. bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350F oven 60 min or possibly till tester inserted comes out clean. Cold on rack 10 min. Remove from pan; cold.
