- Whip dry lowfat milk in ice water till stiff (4 to 5 min). Boil raisins in water for 2 min, drain. Reserve liquid for later use. Combine butter, sugar, egg and vanilla; beat 1 minute at medium speed.
- Sift together dry ingredients; add in liquid from raisins, add in dry ingredients. Beat 2 min at low speed. Stir in rolled oats and raisins, mix in lowfat milk. Drop from tsp. 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
