Ingredientes

  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. low cholesterol liquid Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon liquid artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Nutmeg (as desired)

Direcciones

  1. Scald skim lowfat milk; cold slightly. Mix low-cholesterol liquid Large eggs and artificial sweetener together. Slowly add in scalded lowfat milk to low-cholesterol liquid Large eggs mix. Add in vanilla. Pour into three custard c.; sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, if you like. Place in pan of water. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 45-60 min till hard or possibly a silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
