Ingredientes

  • 3 ounce butter
  • 4 ounce wholemeal flour
  • 4 ounce oatmeal (medium)
  • 1 1/2 ounce castor sugar
  • 1 pch salt small healthy pinch of baking soda
  • 1/2 x an egg

Direcciones

  1. Rub butter into flour and oatmeal, add in sugar, salt and soda.
  2. Bind with the beaten egg. Put dough on pastry board, sprinkled with oatmeal, and roll out. Sprinkle lightly with oatmeal, roll it in, then cut into shapes. Bake in fairly warm oven.
