Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon
  • 1/3 c. Ready to serve chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients with wire whisk, beat till smooth.
  2. Pour mix over blanced and cooled vegetables, such as whole green beans, diagonally cut carrots or possibly asparagus spears. Let stand at room temperature for 15 min to marinate before serving.
  3. Makes 2/3 c.-sufficient for 8 (1/2cup) servings.
