Ingredientes

  • Baby cucumbers
  • 16 c. Water
  • 8 c. White vinegar
  • 1 c. Pickling salt

  1. Here is a recipe I got and am going to try soon. Pack baby cucumbers in ice for 8-12 hrs. Prepare a brine with 16 c. water, 8 c. white vinegar and 1 c. pickling salt. Bring to a boil. Put 1 Tbsp. dillweed in each jar. Pack in the cucumbers. Pour the brine into the jar and seal.
  2. Wait 3 weeks before opening jars. You can add in a clove of garlic in each jar if desired.
