Ingredientes

  • 4 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. dill seasoning (3 Tbs. fresh, snipped dill weed)
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 6 slc of French or possibly Italian bread (3/4 inch thick)
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 6 x thin slices of Swiss cheese
  • 6 x thin slices of tomato Salt and pepper, to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a shallow bowl beat together Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, dill and mustard.
  2. Dip each slice of bread into mix and let it soak on each side for about 15 seconds. In a skillet or possibly on a griddle, heat margarine. Cook bread in margarine over medium heat for 2 to 3 min or possibly till bottom is golden. Turn slices over. Top with cheese, tomato, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 min more or possibly till bottom is golden, adding more margarine as needed. Serve hot.
  3. Makes 6 slices.
