Receta Dilled Green Beans And Potatoes With Barley

- PreCook 1/2 c. barley in 2 c. water for about 20 - 30 min.
- Clean and trim 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans peel (or possibly not) and cube 2 pounds (or possibly so) white or possibly red skinned potatoes chop 2 medium sized onions.
- Place barley and vegetables in large pot or possibly casserole with about 2 c. water or possibly veggie broth, salt and pepper to taste, add in about 1 tsp. dill weed. Simmer or possibly nuke till vegetables are tender.
- This is good served immediately and is also really good reheated.
- Makes agood take to work lunch, too.
- I think mushrooms would be an excellent addition to this, will add in them next time. If you hate dill, use tarragon or possibly chives or possibly......
