- Preheat broiler. Shred zucchini (1/2 c.). In medium bowl, beat Large eggs. Add in remaining ingredients, except tuna. Drain and flake tuna, then stir well into other ingredients. Shape into 3 patties. Broil 4" from heat for 3 min. Turn carefully and broil 3 more min or possibly till golden. Top with tomato slice if you like. Makes 3 servings. 187 calories, 5 g fat, 157 mg sodium.
