Ingredientes

  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce.) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (10 ounce.) can tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 (1.3 ounce.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 12 tortillas, flour or possibly corn
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (for topping)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soups, lowfat sour cream, and tomatoes. Heat thoroughly, brown grnd beef; drain. Add in taco seasoning mix. Dip tortillas in warm soup mix and fill with meat, cheese and onion. Roll. Place in 13 x 9 inch greased casserole. Pour remaining soup mix over enchiladas. Bake 20 to 30 min. Top with remaining 1 c. of cheese and return to oven to heat.
