Ingredientes

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 c. minced onion
  • 6 stalks minced celery
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry chicken in butter till white. Cut in half or possibly break into pcs in baking dish. Saute/fry onions and celery. Add in soup and mayonnaise till heated. Pour above mix over chicken. Mix stuffing, Large eggs, and melted butter. Place stuffing mix over sauce and chicken. Bake for 1 hour. Cover dish with foil when stuffing is brown.
