  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 dsh Tabasco sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

  1. Combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, Tabasco, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Taste the sauce for seasoning and chill till needed.
