Ingredientes

  • 2 3/4 c. White rice flour
  • 1/4 c. 1% low-fat lowfat milk
  • 1 clv garlic, crushed
  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine, softened
  • 1 med Egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Molasses

  1. Combine flour and garlic in a large bowl. Cut in margarine. Stir in beaten egg, molasses, and lowfat milk. Add in sufficient water so mix can be shaped into a ball. Roll dough onto a floured board to a thickness of 1/2 inch. Cut into shapes and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 20 min, remove from oven, and let cold.
