%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20don%E2%80%99t%20know%20why%20do%20i%20try%20to%20workout%205%20times%20a%20week,%20i%20still%20don%E2%80%99t%20lose%20any%20weight.%20though%20i%20suspect%20it%E2%80%99s%20most%20probably%20my%20food%20intake.%20I%20just%20am%20always%20so%20tempted%20to%20follow%20my%20grandparents%20out%20for%20dinner.%20I%20WANT%20to%20cos%20i%20want%20to%20spend%20QUALITY%20time%20with%20them.%20but%20yet,%20i%20eat%20ALOT%20when%20i%20go%20out%20with%20them.%20either%20that,%20or%20make%20the%20wrong%20food%20choices.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnyways,%20brekkie%20after%20workout%20was%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethis%20morning-honey%20stars%20+%20PB!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20so%20wrong%20thinking%20soya%20bean%20=%20soyabean%20milk.%20it%E2%80%99s%20totally%20different!%20This%20time,%20when%20i%20used%20soya%20bean%20(i%20had%20two%20cans%20in%20the%20fridge%20which%20noone%E2%80%99s%20drinking),%20It%20really%20had%20alot%20of%20soy%20flavour.%20not%20my%20cup%20of%20tea.%20but%20bearable%20for%20the%20next%20few%20oatmeal%20since%20i%20don%E2%80%99t%20plan%20to%20waste%20the%20two%20cans.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ehigh%20in%20protein%20anyway.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWent%20to%20college%20for%20IB%20at%201230pm.%20Svun%20didn%E2%80%99t%20come%20today%20due%20to%20car%20repairs,%20so%20it%20was%20just%20me,%20pik%20san,%20and%20gossip.%20lol.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20know,%20we%20should%20really%20start%20paying%20attention%20in%20IB%20now%20since%20exam%E2%80%99s%20less%20than%204%20weeks%20away?????!!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eso%20screwed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eanyway,%20after%20class,%20we%20went%20to%20pick%20grandma%20up%20from%20her%20massage%20at%20Jaya%2033.%20And%20we%20didn%E2%80%99t%20know%20where%20to%20eat%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20i%20suggeseted%20Paandi%20in%20Taman%20Tun%20where%20grampa%20could%20have%20putumayam,%20but%20it%20hadn%E2%80%99t%20arrived.%20So%20i%20dropped%20by%20Popeye%E2%80%99s%20and%20had%20my%20lunch/dinner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E9%20pc%20shrimp%20+%201%20biscuit%20=%20RM11.75%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPricy,%20i%20know.%20but%20i%20LOVE%20the%20biscuits!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20shrimp%20was%20alright%20to.%20but%20i%20love%20the%20biscuits!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20that,%20we%20headed%20to%20Kayu%20at%20Aman%20Suria%20since%20we%20knew%20grampa%20wasn%E2%80%99t%20satisfied%20without%20his%20putumayam,%20so%20we%20empathized.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMe%20and%20gramps%20shared%20a%20Roti%20Tisu,%20and%20Grampa%20had%20his%20putumayam.%20I%20resisted%20having%20teh%20tarik/nescafe.%20I%20figured,%20when%20i%20want%20them,%20i%E2%80%99ll%20head%20to%20Starbucks%20to%20up%20my%20stamps%20for%20the%20planner!%20yippee!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20didn%E2%80%99t%20have%20anything%20when%20i%20came%20home%E2%80%A6..%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFINE!%20Except%202%20prunes%20and%20a%20few%20wheat%20thins.%20I%20was%20being%20unintuitive%20in%20my%20eating!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOk..%20i%E2%80%99m%20off%20to%20workout%20soon!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELoves,%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
