Ingredientes

  • 1 (20 ounce.) can pineapple chunks
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound boneless pork loin
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root
  • 1 onion wedges
  • 2 med. carrots, slivered
  • 1 green or possibly red pepper, slivered
  • 2 c. snow peas

Direcciones

  1. Drain pineapple, reserve 3 Tbsp. juice. Mix juice with 1/2 c. water, soy sauce, cornstarch, vinegar and pepper; set aside.
  2. Cut pork in strips. Brown pork, add in garlic and ginger root. Add in carrots and onion, cook in 1 minute. Stir sauce, add in to pork with pineapple, bell pepper and snow peas. Cook till sauce boils and thickens.
