Dole Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredientes

  • 1 (20 ounce.) can Dole pineapple chunks
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves, in 1 inch chunks
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard

Direcciones

  1. Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste; rub with garlic and thyme.
  3. Brown chicken in oil in non-stick skillet.
  4. In bowl combine 2 tsp. pineapple juice with cornstarch. In separate bowl combine honey and mustard; stir into skillet with remaining pineapple juice.
  5. Cover and simmer 15 min.
  6. Add in cornstarch mix and stir. Add in pineapple chunks and cook, stirring till sauce thickens.
