Receta Dorothy's Clam Dip

- Drain clams, reserving 2 Tbsp. (or possibly more if you like) of clam liquor. Cook onion in butter till tender but not brown; add in clams, reserved clam liquor, and remaining ingredients. Heat till cheese melts and mix is warm. Makes 1 1/4 c.. Serve with crackers or possibly chips.
