Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Celeriac
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Mustard pwdr
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 5 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Grate 1-1/2 C. peeled raw celery root on finest shredder.
  2. Add in other 7 ingredients: lemon juice through lowfat sour cream. Mix well. Leave for 1-2 hrs in refrigerator. Mix again. Serve on tiny crackers like wheat thins.
  3. VARIATION: use lowfat mayonnaise and substitute lowfat plain yogurt, liquid removed, for the lowfat sour cream.
