Ingredientes

  • 1 c. POST MORNING TRADITIONS BANANA NUT CRUNCH Cereal
  • 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 2 x Layer size banana cake mix
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. BREAKSTONE'S or possibly KNUDSEN Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 1 c. Sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Substitute 1 c. POST MORNING TRADITIONS BLUEBERRY MORNING Cereal and 1 pkg. (2-layer size) lemon cake mix
  2. MIX cereal, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Beat cake mix, Large eggs, lowfat sour cream and oil in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just to moisten, scraping side of bowl often. Beat on medium speed 4 min.
  3. POUR 1/3 of the batter into greased and floured 12-c. fluted tube pan or possibly 10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cereal mix. Repeat layers twice, ending with cereal mix.
  4. BAKE at 350 F for 50 to 55 min or possibly till cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 15 min in pan on wire rack; remove from pan. Cold completely on wire rack. Drizzle with Powdered Sugar Glaze. Garnish with additional cereal.
  5. POWDERED Sugar Glaze: Mix 1 c. sifted powdered sugar and 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk in small bowl. Fold in additional lowfat milk, 1 tsp. at a time, till glaze is smooth and of drizzling consistency.
