Ingredientes

  • 1 x black chicken, cut into 4 pcs
  • 25 gm 'Yoke Chok'
  • 30 gm 'Tong Sum'
  • 20 gm 'Yong Sum Sou'
  • 8 x red dates
  • 2 c. superior stock
  • 1 x 'tan choong' (porcelain casserole with a lid)

Direcciones

  1. Method:SKIN the chicken meat and cut into 4 pcs. Place all the ingredients into a 'tan choong'. Cover with the lid and double-boil for 2 hrs over medium low heat. Serve warm.
