Ingredientes

  • 6 Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Direcciones

  1. Add in to Large eggs; lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Beat thoroughly with fork. Heat butter in top of double boiler over boiling water. Add in Large eggs; cover and stir now and then till Large eggs thicken. Remove from heat, continue stirring till Large eggs are set. They should be soft and fluffy and completely digestible. Excellent for ill person. 6 servings.
