Ingredientes

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 heaping teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 lg. Large eggs, separated
  • 1 (7 ounce.) can tuna
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in top of double boiler. Add in onion, cook 5 min. Blend in flour and seasonings. Put over boiling water. Add in lowfat milk, cook till thick, stirring constantly. Beat egg yolks till thick and lemon colored. Add in with tuna and lemon juice to first mix. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Cover and cook over simmering water 45 min or possibly till hard. Serves 4 or possibly more.
