Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. French bread slices, cut into strips
  • 1 c. White chocolate pcs (5 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 c. Miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 12x8.5" tart pan or possibly shallow 1.5 quart.
  2. oval dish.
  3. Combine bread strips, white chocolate & raisins.
  4. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar & vanilla till well-mixed. Pour over bread mix & let stand 15 min to allow bread to absorb liquid.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 min till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean (wet, but with no egg mix clinging). Remove pudding to a wire rack, sprinkle chocolate pcs atop.
  6. Let the pudding cold for 30 min. Serve hot.
