- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 12x8.5" tart pan or possibly shallow 1.5 quart.

- Combine bread strips, white chocolate & raisins.
- In a large bowl, beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar & vanilla till well-mixed. Pour over bread mix & let stand 15 min to allow bread to absorb liquid.
- Bake for 40 to 45 min till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean (wet, but with no egg mix clinging). Remove pudding to a wire rack, sprinkle chocolate pcs atop.
- Let the pudding cold for 30 min. Serve hot.
