  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray two non-stick cookie sheets with cooking spray. Cream together the butter, cream cheese, sugar and brown sugar. Beat in the vanilla. In another bowl, sift the flour, cocoa, and salt, and stir. Blend the dry ingredients into the butter mix. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  2. Divide the dough into quarters, then take 1/8 of a quarter; roll it between the palms of your hands to create a ball. Place it on the cookie sheet. Repeat to create 32 balls. Using the bottom of a glass, press the nuggets into 3-inch rounds. Bake for 8 min, till slightly puffed and very soft to the touch. Cold on pans one minute before transferring to racks.
  3. NOTES :* reduced fat by using lowfat chocolate chips. Minced them to make smaller.
  4. I did not like it at first, but then grew to like it pretty quickly. I overcooked it one time and thought it was actually better. This is VERY sticky, so you may want to use flour or possibly like me, nothing. I just let it stick to my hands that looked monstrous!
