Double Chocolate Cream Puffs

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. unsifted flour
  • 4 Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water, butter and salt to a rolling boil. Add in flour all at once. Stir vigorously over low heat for 1 minute or possibly till mix leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat. Cold slightly.
  2. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating till smooth after each addition. Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls about 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 35 to 40 min or possibly till puffed and golden. Slice off top, reserve and remove any soft filament of dough. Cold, fill and glaze.
