Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. cocoa pwdr
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1 lg. egg
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. "Shedd's Spread Country Crock"
  • 1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa and baking pwdr. In medium bowl whisk egg, lowfat milk and melted spread. Pour liquid ingredients into dry. Add in chocolate chips, stirring till mixed. Spoon batter proportionately into 12 greased 2 inch muffin pans. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 min. (Cupcake liners may be used in place of greasing pans.)
