Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup Dutch-process cocoa mix
  • 4 eggs (beaten 1 at a time)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1st Topping:
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2nd Topping:
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 3rd Topping:
  • 3/4 cup Oreo cookies chocolate filling, ground

Direcciones

  1. Brownie: Beat margarine, butter, sugar, cocoa, eggs, flour, vanilla extract and salt.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. 1st Topping: Spread cool whip and white chocolate chips over the brownies.
  5. 2nd Topping: Heat ingredients over low heat, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
  6. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
