Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Hot water
  • 1/2 ounce package dry yeast
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour

  1. In a measuring c., put in 3/4 c. hot water, add in yeast, stir to dissolve and let stand for 1 minute till slightly foamy. Add in sugar and oil and mix well. Put flour in fod processor fitted with metal blade. With machine running, pour yeast mix through feed tube in a steady stream. A ball of dough will form in about 10 seconds; if it doesn't, add in more water, 1 Tbsp. at a time. Check the dough; it should be soft-hard. Continue to process for another 60 seconds, till the dough is very smooth and does not stick to your fingers. Dough for Steamed Buns:
