Dough For Sweet Rolls Or Butterhorns

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk, scalded
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 beaten large eggs
  • 4 1/2 - 5 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast in water. Scald lowfat milk. Add in butter, sugar, salt and large eggs. Cool to lukewarm and add in to yeast mix. Then fold in flour. Knead lightly and let rise till double in bulk. Then roll into butterhorns or possibly sweet rolls as desired. Let rise till double. Bake butterhorns 15 min in 400 degree oven and sweet rolls about 20 to 25 min in 375 degree oven.
