Ingredientes

  • 16 x Dove breasts
  • 4 c. Raw rice Lemon juice to taste Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 lb Mushrooms whole
  • 1 med Onion minced
  • 1 1/4 c. Marsala wine

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Saute/fry rice in skillet with margarine over medium heat. Cook till light brown in color. Place rice in bottom of casserole dish. Rest dove breasts, meat-side up, on rice. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and rosemary. Surround breasts with mushrooms and onions. Pour wine over meat and rice. Cover and bake 30 min or possibly till rice is fluffy and breasts are tender and cooked through.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
