Drambuie Chicken and Shrimp Bowl

A amazing Mix of Flavors. Lime, Drambuie, Mushrooms,
I had this on the evening feature the other NIght at work. We sold tons of them.
This recipe is per Order so if you're serving more then one person You'll want to Double it or Triple it

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp Garlic butter
  • 5 Jumbo Tiger Shrimp
  • 5 oz Cubed Chicken
  • 1/4 cup red onion-thin sliced
  • 1/2 cup red and Green peppers-Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Mushrooms-sliced
  • 1 oz Drambuie
  • 1/4 Cup heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Squeeze of lime
  • shot of Chili flakes
  • shot of Fish Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Rice

Direcciones

  1. Heat your Pan. Add the first 6 ingredients. Saute until your shrimps are almost fully Cooked. Next Add the Drambuie and heavy Cream. Bring to a Simmer. Simmer for 8 Minutes or til Thick. As it thickens. Add the remaining ingredients including the Rice.
  2. When Thick. Put into a bowl and enjoy! :D
