Receta Dreamy White Pizza
This white pizza is delightful, and works well with whatever toppings you want. When I finally made it, I discovered it was what I always thought pizza should taste like, but never did. It works well with cheese toppings, or with anything else. We've used chicken, vegetables, beef and sausage, all with success.

- preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- spread room temp. butter on the pizza crust
- sprinkle on a little onion powder, minced onions and garlic powder to taste
- lay out the "Fresh" Mozzarella, with slices a little thinner than 1/4", taking up about 55-60% of the pizza crust, spread around - a Udi's crust is approx. 9" and you can put about 3-4 oz. of fresh mozzarella cheese without it spilling over during cooking
- place the other freshly graded cheeses atop, mixed as you wish
- add in your other toppings that suit your taste, either atop or mixed in the cheeses
- We like to add sweet onions atop other items, especially the way they mix with the cheeses and still get nicely toasted/carmelized.
- top again with onion powder and garlic powder to taste
- bake for approx 20 minutes, or until the cheeses are nicely browned as you like them.
- Special Note: The freshly grated cheese makes a difference, as does the wet mozzarella. Additionally, the wheat free crust is not a focal point for this dish. If you dream of crust, you should be using wheat, the crust here is merely a delivery method for relatively clean hands and a holder for the toppings. This works easily as well with cheese lovers (myself) and meat lovers (my husband). My daughter scrapes the cheese off, my son eats it all. I eat the rest! Is best served with another form of protein, the pizza doesn't seem to feed a family of four as an entire meal.
