Ingredientes

3 ounce. cream cheese, softened 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 3 drops Tabasco 1 tbsp. minced chives

2 tbsp. chopped parsley 3 tbsp. mayonnaise Dash of salt 12 slices dry beef or possibly salami

Direcciones

1. Beat cheese, mustard, Tabasco, chives, parsley and mayonnaise till smooth and well blended. Add in salt to taste. Spread some of mix on each beef or possibly salami slice, roll into cigar like shapes, cover and chill.
