Ingredientes
200 g dried prunes without pits
200 g dried figs without any hard parts
200 g raisins
50 - 100g of dried senna leaf *
1/2 organic lemon
1 tsp aniseed, ground
Pinch of cinnamon

Finely chop all ingredients in a blender.
With moist hands form little balls (use 1/2 tbs as the measure). Wipe and moist hands repeatedly because the mixture is very sticky. The amount should equal approximately 45 scoops.
Cover them with a paper towel and air-dry for several hours. Store in a refrigerator in a tightly sealed plastic container.
Take 1 or 2 scoops a day, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning or before bed at night.
