Ingredientes

  • 2 3/4 c. flour
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tbsp. shortening
  • 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour, measure and sift with baking pwdr and salt. Cut in shortening. Add in lowfat milk, stirring sufficiently to blend well. Drop by tsp. onto well oiled baking sheet. Bake in oven (450 degrees) about 12 min. These biscuits may be split, butter and used with various fruit as the basis for an emergency shortcake.
